Fantasy Nerds Site Update for 2025

It was a great experience joining the 2025 NFL Draft festivities in Green Bay, WI this week. The crowds in Titletown were massive and the first round was incredible for anyone not named Shedeur Sanders. The slates are clean here in April and that optimism reigned supreme among the 205,000 in attendance. Here's a quick peek at some of the first round rookies that could help shape the new fantasy season.

We're gearing up for the new NFL season and you might notice a number of changes. Perhaps the biggest one is that we've redesigned the site a bit and are now reserving most of the content for our Premium Members. We'll continue to offer our popular Draft Date Picker, Random Draft Order Tool, and our Trade Analyzer for free this season.

Behind the curtains: this past offseason, we conducted both a competitive market analysis as well as garnered feedback from our incredible community of folks just like you. Some themes clearly stood out. The inundation of ads on the Fantasy Nerds website was not something our community wanted. The ads were often very intrusive and made the user experience less than what it should be. We have chosen to discontinue our advertising partnership with Ezoic as a result and limit any ads to just some of the free tools. Even then we will ensure their placement doesn't take away from the user experience.

We’ve updated the look and feel of the site to make navigation simpler and your experience more enjoyable. Whether you’re browsing from a desktop, tablet, or phone, you’ll find a cleaner layout, intuitive menus, and faster load times.

As part of these improvements — and to ensure we can continue offering high-quality content, enhanced features, and excellent support — there will be a modest increase to our annual Premium Membership cost. We didn’t make this decision lightly. It reflects the significant investment we’ve made into upgrading our platform, the decision to rely less on ad revenue, and the new benefits we’re excited to bring you. This adjustment helps us continue to innovate, deliver new features, and create an even better experience for all of our members.

If you're an existing Premium Member, don't worry — we’ll honor your current rate until your next renewal. You’ll receive a reminder email ahead of your renewal date. If you recall, we do not auto renew your membership. If our platform isn't working for you or you feel like you no longer need our tools and analysis, then we're not going to put the responsibility on you to cancel by automatically charging you. We respect you as our customer and will ask for your business again next year.

For those wanting to jump into a Mock Draft or use the Draft Buddy, we'll start to open those tools up for the season AFTER the NFL schedule is published. The schedule is an important piece to those applications.
