There is strength in numbers and that's why we weight the rankings and projections from every site we aggregate from so that those sites who are more accurate get more votes. Our Nerd Rank algorithm is where these calculations take place. For example, if CBS Sports were more accurate in projecting running backs than ESPN and Yahoo, why would we treat their rankings and projections the same? Our algorithm would assign more weight to CBS's running back projections than sites who haven't been as accurate for that position.
