Jack was signed in hope that he could step up and be the leader in the middle. His time in Jacksonville was filled with ups and downs, and unfulfilled expectations. Much of Jack's struggle with his previous team was due to coaching and an unwillingness to put him in a position to take advantage of his skill set. When he was finally moved to the weak side where he belonged in 2020, Jack's game came to life. It remains to be seen if he will adapt well to playing inside in the Steelers 3-4, but he did not look all that good or comfortable when Jacksonville went to a 3-4 last year.
