Tua Tagovailoa

Tagovailoa completed 12 of 23 passes for 157 yards with no touchdowns and one interception while rushing four times for four yards in the Dolphins' 21-17 win over the Saints on Sunday.

Per usual, Waddle was the focal point of the Dolphins' offense. He led the team in catches and racked up a 26 percent target share. Tua Tagovailoa continued to force the ball his way, often to his detriment. Tua's only interception of the day came on a deep shot to a well-covered Waddle. He was nearly picked off while throwing to Waddle a second time later in the game. Fantasy managers, of course, are thrilled to see Tagovailoa doing whatever it takes to get the ball in Waddle's hands. Facing a weak Jets secondary in Week 14, Waddle will remain in the WR2 ranks despite the quiet showing today.

Achane was held without a catch for the first time this year. He nearly got in the end zone on his only target of the day. Tua Tagovailoa had him open near the goal line with blockers to lead Achane into the paint. Tagovailoa threw a bullet above his head and Achane failed to corral the pass. Still, Achane found the end zone on the ground for the sixth time this year. He also topped 20 carries for the third week in a row. Achane had never even hit 20 carries in back-to-back games before his current streak. With the Jets on tap for Week 14, Achane will remain near the top of the RB1 ranks for the fantasy regular season finale.

Tagovailoa struggled with down-to-down accuracy for the better part of four quarters in this game, as evidenced by his 52 percent completion rate. Tua could have found the end zone once today, but he threw a short pass at De'Von Achane's head instead of leading him for a leisurely walk into the end zone. Per usual, he also forced the ball into Jaylen Waddle's hands, even win his top wideout wasn't open. Tua's only interception of the day came on a deep shot to Waddle near the end zone. A Saints safety sitting over top broke on the ball for an easy interception. Tagovailoa nearly had a second interception while forcing the ball to Waddle on a short toss, but the ball hit the ground as a Saints defender attempted to bring it in. The Dolphins are now riding a three-game win streak into Week 14, but Tua has to play better if Miami is going to stay hot. He will be a low-end QB2 next week versus the Jets.

Dolphins TE Darren Waller (pectoral) is active for today s game vs. the Saints. It s a boost for QB Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami offense, but Waller would be a shaky fantasy start in his first action since Week 7.
