Kyler Murray could be had for a second-round pick?QB will likely be traded if Arizona's brass wants it to happen An NFC source believes the starting price for Kyler Murray, if Arizona is interested in trading him, could start with a second-round pick. That source believes if the Cardinals can trade Murray, they will. (ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss) FF Today's Take: The notion that Murray could be traded is not a surprising one, but the likely return that Arizona wanted was more of a mystery. A source - via ESPN.com's Josh Weinfuss - is speculating that the limited crop of elite quarterback prospects in this draft will drive up the market for capable (or better) starters like Murray. Drew Petzing lands Detroit OC gigTakes over for fired OC John Morton The Detroit Lions are finalizing a deal to hire former Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Drew Petzing as their next offensive coordinator, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter. (ESPN.com - Eric Woodyard) FF Today's Take: This is far from an inspiring hire for the Lions. Petzing was able to help James Conner enjoy the first two 1,000-yard seasons of his career, but the inability to get the most out of Kyler Murray and Marvin Harrison Jr. falls on his shoulders to some degree. It also took him too long to make Trey McBride the centerpiece of the passing game. On the plus side, it is hard to ignore how much production he got out of Jacoby Brissett and Michael Wilson at the end of the year - even if most of it was in garbage time. Without question, Petzing will be set up for more success in Detroit with multiple explosive playmakers and a much better offensive line.
