Where to Put 'em is the Fantasy Football Nerd's look at the best and worst matchups for Week 12. Decisions are based upon the FFN rankings and matchup analysis. Given the known conditions, these matchups are the ones to watch and/or avoid.

Put 'em In The Game: Carson Palmer
Cleveland ranks 26th in the league against the pass and Carson Palmer will look to take advantage of that. The Bengals are a different team this year and Palmer averages more than 270 yards a game historically against the Browns. This is a great matchup.
Put 'em In The Game: Philip Rivers
Who has given up 17 TD's through the air this year and an average of 250 yards per game? Give yourself a point if you answered Kansas City. Give yourself 6 points if you plan on starting Philip Rivers this week against them. He may even do better than the 268 yards and 3 TD's that he threw against them just 5 weeks ago.
Put 'em In The Game: Brett Favre
Chicago's pass defense ranks 8th in the league in yards allowed, however that's a little misleading as the Bears have been on a decline over the past few weeks. Favre will look to take advantage of that this week and he'll be able to. He's playing the best football of his career and is currently the 6th highest scoring QB on FleaFlicker.
Put 'em In The Game: Ricky Williams
If you own Ricky Williams, you must be thanking your lucky stars. This is one handcuff that is really paying off. He had a fantastic game last week in his first start since losing Brown for the season and he's a must-start this week against the Bills who give up the most points to opposing RB's.
Put 'em In The Game: Jason Snelling
Jason Snelling comes in this week at #7 among RB's on the Fantasy Football Nerd's Week 12 rankings, but keep an eye on Michael Turner's status this week. If Turner starts, Snelling will resume his backup role. If Turner's involvement in the game is minimal, look for Snelling to have another good game. He's been productive the past two weeks with 61 yards and a score against Carolina and 76 yards and 2 scores against the Giants. Again - watch Turner's status though.
Put 'em In The Game: Chad Ochocinco
Gravity keeps you on the ground. The sun warms the planet. Chad Ochocinco will beat up the Browns. There's only a few things that can be certain and the Bengals beating up the Browns is one of them. Disregard the last 3 weeks worth of performances and start Ochocinco with confidence.
Put 'em In The Game: Greg Jennings
I usually don't put the unquestionable studs on the "Start 'em" section, but Jennings hasn't been unquestionable this year. He had a fantastic game last week and most are expecting a Thanksgiving-sized game out of him this week against the Lions who rank dead last in points allowed per game and passing yards allowed per game. If history is any indication, you better throw Driver in your starting lineup as well.
Put 'em In The Game: Kellen Winslow
Kellen Winslow has become the main offensive weapon in Tampa Bay. He faces a Falcons defense that ranks 29th against the pass. The Bucs have a resurgent passing game and Winslow is a monster target in the endzone.
Put 'em In The Game: Tony Scheffler
I'm not sure who's going to be throwing for Denver this week, but I like Tony Scheffler against the Giants. New York has been the most generous defense to opposing TE's over the past few weeks and Scheffler can keep that streak going.
Put 'em On The Bench: Joe Flacco
Joe Flacco lit up the fantasy world at the start of the year, but his production has slowed over the past few weeks and he has another tough matchup against the Steelers this week.
Put 'em On The Bench: Jay Cutler
The Vikings have a porous pass defense that Cutler and Hester should be able to exploit, but I'd play it safe this week. Cutler has been horrible lately, barely edging out his own kicker in fantasy points last week. Based upon matchup alone, Cutler should be a strong start but his play as of late should cause you to pause and reconsider.
Put 'em On The Bench: Kevin Smith
Even though he's coming off a monster game last week against Cleveland, don't expect Kevin Smith to hit the century mark or cross the goal line against Green Bay who has only given up 3 rushing TD's all season long. He rushed for 61 yards and no score when he faced the Pack earlier this year.
Put 'em On The Bench: Matt Forte
You didn't draft Forte to sit him, but this is going to be a tough week for him as he faces the stout Vikings run defense. Forte is on pace to becoming the 2009 Bust of the Year and his 24th ranking among RB's this week is indicative of the low confidence most have in him this week.
Put 'em On The Bench: Roy E. Williams
Williams will want to make a strong comeback and shine on Thanksgiving, however he'll have a tough time doing so if Oakland CB Nnamdi Asomugha blankets him. Asomugha could also spend time on Miles Austin but this is one tough week for Roy Williams who has already been relegated to most fantasy benches, including his own! If he's not willing to start himself, neither should you.
Put 'em On The Bench: Braylon Edwards
Braylon Edwards comes in 49th among WR's in this week's rankings against Carolina's 5th-ranked pass defense. Edwards has been an average player this year (regardless of team). He'll do better than his 1 reception for 10 yards game last week, but that's not much, is it?
Put 'em On The Bench: Jeremy Shockey
Predicting the production of a Saints receiver is difficult because Drew Brees is so talented and involves all of his receivers each and every week. Shockey was a fantasy-relevant TE earlier, but it's such a roller coaster with him. Facing a Patriots defense that has been brutal to opposing TE's makes it even worse.
