Jeremy McNichols is a well-rounded veteran back. He can thrive as an efficient runner, and he's a good receiving option out of the backfield. Plus, McNichols can be trusted in pass protection. Now with the Falcons, McNichols is reunited with head coach Arthur Smith who was the offensive coordinator during some of his time with the Titans. He's a reserve to be sure, but McNichols can do more if called upon and the coach trusts him.
