Williams wasn't targeted in the passing game. Having failed to clear three carries since Week 2, Williams got out-snapped by a returning Kendre Miller this evening. It's possible not even an Alvin Kamara injury could make dead-legged Williams FLEX relevant at this point.

Miller was brought off injured reserve after getting in three full practices this week. His absence from the lineup is puzzling to say the least. Jamaal Williams will remain the RB2 for New Orleans this week.

Williams continues to give way to Alvin Kamara at an increased rate under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, with the latter pacing to lead the league in running back opportunities this season. What little fantasy value remained with Williams in New Orleans has quickly faded this season.
