Hunter had the most touchdowns, the highest separation rate and the fewest drops of all of the first-round rookie wide receivers.
While head coach Liam Coen had two top-24 fantasy wide receivers in Mike Evans and Chris Godwin last season, 12 of the previous 15 teams to have two wide receivers with at least 200 PPR points each had a quarterback with a passing grade of 80 or better, a mark Trevor Lawrence hasn’t hit in a season.
Hunter is expected to play significantly on both offense and defense. There is a chance he plays a significant enough role on defense that his snaps on offense are limited, which limits his fantasy value. There has never been a two-way player like Hunter in decades, so projecting his role and playing time using past similar players is impossible.
