Quinshon Judkins

Sampson appears to be highly unlikely to play in Week 14 against the Titans, elevating RB Jerome Ford to the No. 2 role. Ford does not need to be in fantasy lineups, having lost his job to Sampson earlier this year with ineffectual play. Expect Quinshon Judkins to handle a sizable workload.

Quinshon Judkins led the backfield as usual, this time with 20 rushing attempts to go along with four targets. Sampson was the only Cleveland back to log a carry besides Judkins in another run-heavy game plan for the Browns. Jerome Ford led the Browns backfield in pass routes, meanwhile, Sampson is a smart bench stash for now in case Judkins misses time down the stretch.

Ford was active after reportedly suffering a setback with his lingering hamstring injury this week in practice. He ran 12 routes on the day to 11 routes for Quinshon Judkins. Both Browns back had three grabs thanks to a game plan predicated on constant Shedeur Sanders check downs. Ford would only have fantasy value if Judkins were to miss time in the coming weeks.

Judkins chipped away on the ground in another run-heavy game plan for the Browns. He broke off a 17-yard run in the first hald and was mostly bottled up in the second half after the Niners took a commanding lead. Dylan Sampson had just four carries on the day and Jerome Ford did not see a rushing attempt. Ford ran 12 pass routes to 11 for Judkins; both backs saw three targets. Judkins' domination of early-down touches in the Cleveland offense will make him a somewhat touchdown-dependent weekly RB2 option. He gets the Titans in Week 14.

The forecast for today's 49ers-Browns game calls for sustained winds of 25 mph with gusts around 35 mph. The total in this game has dropped from 42.5 to 35.5. Expect a run-heavy game plan from both sides. RBs Christian McCaffrey and Quinshon Judkins can stay in fantasy lineups. TE George Kittle is the only comfortable play from either passing game. Avoid the kickers.
