Riley Leonard News
Daniel Jones Has Fractured FibulaColts QB Daniel Jones has a fractured fibula, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. It sounds like Jones suffered the injury in last Thursday's practice. He played vs. the Chiefs on Sunday and has been a full participant in practice this week, but Rapoport calls him "uncertain" for this Sunday's game vs. the Texans. We'll keep an eye on Jones' status, but he's not a recommended QB1 start with the injury and matchup against Houston's second-ranked QB defense. If Jones can't go, Indianapolis would be forced to turn to sixth-round rookie QB Riley Leonard,
Daniel Jones Added To Thursday's Injury ReportColts QB Daniel Jones was added to the injury report and limited in practice on Thursday with a calf. "Sounds like the Colts are being cautious," NFL Network's Ian Rapoport tweeted. "Still worth keeping an eye on..." We'll certainly be keeping an eye on this one. With QB Anthony Richardson on IR, QB Riley Leonard is Indianapolis' backup. He'd be a huge downgrade for the offense.
