Audric Estime

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) is out for Sunday s game vs. the Dolphins. He s not expected to be placed on IR, according to ESPN s Adam Schefter, so we should see Kamara back within the next few weeks. His absence this weekend leaves rookie Devin Neal as New Orleans likely lead back, although TE Taysom Hill and potentially RB Audric Estime will also be involved. Consider Neal just a RB3 or Flex play.

Neal pops up with an ankle issue in a week he is slated to start for the Saints. With Alvin Kamara (MCL) leaving hurt, Neal got the bulk of backfield carries in Week 12 and is in line to start ahead of Audric Estime in Week 13. However, the ankle injury bears monitoring as ankle issues can bloom into larger issues. Given he was a limited participant, Neal is still slated to play Week 13 against the Dolphins.

He'll join Devin Neal and Audric Estime in the derby to see who can replace Alvin Kamara's weekly 27-40 rushing yards. Hull was a fifth-round pick by the Colts in 2023 and has one NFL carry to his name.

Alvin Kamara left this game early due to a knee issue, leading to Neal taking on the lead back role for the Saints. He ceded short-yardage usage to Taysom Hill, but saw seven targets as the Saints trailed for nearly the entire game. He totaled 61 yards, showing burst in space on checkdowns and swing passes. Neal will see both early-down and passing-down usage if Kamara is out for next week, with Audric Estime likely active to get some usage as well. Neal is a low-end fantasy RB2 for Week 13 against the Dolphins if Kamara misses time.

Fuaga has been sidelined with an ankle injury for the last few weeks. He was a limited practice participant on Friday, but is still not yet ready to go. Estime is also inactive in the backfield with Alvin Kamara (ankle) good to go for Week 12 against the Falcons.
