Tee Higgins Out for Week 15Concussion Tee Higgins won't play this weekend vs. the Ravens, Zac Taylor said. (Kelsey Conway on X) FF Today's Take: This is the 2nd time in three weeks that Higgins will miss a game due to a concussion. He was limited in practice this week but doesn't have enough time to clear protocol. Without Higgins, we should see more playing time for Mitchell Tinsley and likely a target boost for TE Mike Gesicki.
Tee Higgins (concussion) will not play in Week 15 against the Ravens.Higgins has been concussed twice over the last three weeks and will now miss a second game due to his brain injury. Despite being limited in both Wednesday's and Thursday's practice, the star receiver felt like a long shot to play after landing in protocol following Week 14's game against the Bills. When Higgins missed Week 13's game against the Ravens, backup Mitchell Tinsley stepped up to run a season-high 31 routes while also drawing a season-high eight targets. He could have some upside as a dart-throw WR4 in deeper leagues.
Tee Higgins Out For Week 15Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) is out for Sunday s game vs. the Ravens. He got in limited practices this week, which at least has us optimistic for a Week 16 return. Higgins absence creates opportunity for WRs Andrei Iosivas and Mitchell Tinsley and TE Mike Gesicki but those guys are still very fringey plays in season-long leagues.
Tee Higgins back in concussion protocolWR suffered last concussion in Week 12 Bengals WR Tee Higgins experienced conccussion-like symptoms last night and this morning and is back in protocol, coach Zac Taylor said. (ESPN.com - Ben Baby) FF Today's Take: Higgins missed Week 13 due to the brain injury, so it is a good bet he will be sidelined AT LEAST one week this time around as well. Considering the Bengals are already guaranteed to have a losing season and three games out of first place in the AFC North with four games left, there is a small chance we don't see Higgins again this season. Andrei Iosivas and Mitchell Tinsley should be expected to replace him in the interim and are worth rostering in deeper leagues.
Bengals coach Zac Taylor said Tee Higgins is back in concussion protocol.Taylor told reporters that Higgins -- who was checked multiple times after a couple major hits on Sunday -- reported symptoms after the game. Given the quick turnaround from his last concussion, it would be surprising if Higgins managed to play this week. It looks like Andrei Iosivas and Mitchell Tinsley, as well as Mike Gesicki, will be solidly on the 12-team radar for Week 15.
