Atwell remained a featured pass catcher with Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua sidelined but his limited skill set caps his ceiling on non-touchdown days. He is a boom/bust WR3 against the Vikings in Week 8.
Stafford played admirably in this one, quickly returning to his feet after being leveled via a Maxx Crosby sack early on. Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp also remained unavailable and ascending rookie Jordan Whittington totaled just nine offensive snaps after entering the game with a shoulder injury. Stafford should at least Kupp and Whittington back for Week 8 against the Vikings, bringing him up to the QB1/2 border.
Kupp was limited in practice throughout the week before being listed as questionable. Despite some reasons for optimism, Sean McVay was cagey when talking about Kupp's availability, foreshadowing his likely absence this week. With Puka Nacua still on injured reserve, Jordan Whittington will take over as the team's top receiver. Whittington is listed as questionable because of a shoulder injury but McVay has already said he expects the rookie to play. Whittington caught seven passes for 89 yards before LA's Week 6 bye.
London is third in the league in receptions (38), eighth in receiving yards (428) and tied for second in receiving touchdowns (4).
Puka Nacua not ready to practice yet Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) will work out with trainers today but no determination has been made about his availability for Sunday s game against Raiders, McVay said. Puka Nacua (knee) will not practice this week. (Los Angeles Times - Gary Klein) FF Today's Take: Fantasy managers should expect to be without both players, although it sounds as if Kupp will be back no later than Week 8 at the latest. Given the nature of his injury, managers should not expect him to return to the PPR dynamo he typically is when he is 100%. As far as Nacua is concerned, it does not bode well for his prospects of returning anytime soon that he is still not ready to practice. If Kupp makes it back this week, the Rams will likely line him up alongside some combination of Demarcus Robinson, Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington.
