The Patriots defender is facing charges of strangulation and domestic asault.

The legal proceeding was originally scheduled for Feb. 3, but a judge approved a request from Barmore s attorney last week to have it moved.

The original date for the arraignment was a few days before Barmore is set to play in the Super Bowl
