Titans DT Jeffery Simmons is active for today's game against the Texans. He has been out since Week 7 because of a hamstring injury and entered the day questionable. But Simmons should be ready for planned IDP usage in a high-upside sack matchup.

Simmons hasn't played since Week 7. It looked like he would be out again this week when the Titans held him out of practice on Wednesday. However, he returned for two limited sessions and a questionable designation entering the weekend. It sounds like the Titans will have their top pass-rusher back versus Davis Mills and the Texans. Simmons has 4.5 sacks this year.

The Titans could get two key players back in the lineup against the Texans on Sunday.
