Jags get 2026 conditional seventh-round pick Before the Jaguars released kicker Riley Patterson, they agreed to trade him to the Detroit Lions for a late-round draft choice. (Adam Schefter on Twitter) FF Today's Take: Kicker news! The Jaguars signed recently released Brandon McManus (DEN) which made Patterson expendable. Patterson was 30 for 35 (84.4%) in field goals last season and has missed just one extra point in two seasons. Mike Badgley is currently on the roster in Detroit but maybe not for long.
