Patrick is back for his seventh season with the Broncos after missing all of 2022 with a torn ACL. Undrafted in 2017, Patrick posted a 51-742-6 receiving line in 2020 and followed with a near-identical 53-734-5 line in 2021. The 6-foot-4 perimeter target has dropped only two of his 163 targets during that span. Patrick is entering his age-29 season, but he has yet to deliver a top-40 fantasy campaign and is likely to slot in third at WR behind Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton (rookie Marvin Mims may also factor in). We saw 10 full games in that setup in 2021 and Patrick handled a decent 18% target share but averaged a weak 8.9 fantasy PPG. Patrick is a solid player, but even if new coach Sean Payton gets Russell Wilson back on track, the veteran receiver is a long shot for consistent flex production.
