Karlo Matkovic

Missi has missed the Pelicans' last two games, which has allowed Karlo Matkovic to fill out the reserve center minutes. If Missi remains out, Matkovic will maintain that role, but that hasn't yielded him enough time to be worth rostering in standard leagues.

Matkovic has not played since November 17th. He's only averaging 4.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 0.8 assists; however, with Herbert Jones (calf) now out, Matkovic could see a slightly increased role.

This will be Matkovic's third consecutive missed game with a strained calf. With Zion Williamson also out Saturday, expect Derik Queen and Yves Missi to handle the front court duties for the Pelicans against the Hawks.

This will now be the second straight game that Matkovic has missed with a strained calf. The Pelicans' rotation won't be overly impacted with Zion Williamson cleared to play.

Williamson has been downgraded from questionable to out, and the Pelicans will also be without Saddiq Bey, who has been the replacement in the starting lineup. Karlo Matkovic may be the next man up, and he's worth streaming in deep leagues if allowed to start.
