It's a brutal blow for the Wizards, since Coulibaly is their top perimeter defender. Bub Carrington and Justin Champagnie will see more minutes, but it will likely just mean more usage for guys like Kyshawn George and CJ McCollum.

Middleton did not play in Tuesday's loss to the 76ers, as it was Washington's second game in as many nights. His return means Justin Champagnie will head back to the bench. While Champagnie's ceiling is lowered with the change, he'll still be in the rotation as the Wizards remain without Tre Johnson and Corey Kispert.

With Khris Middleton sidelined for the second night of Washington's back-to-back, Champagnie was able to get the starting nod. In just 24 minutes, Champagnie was able to turn in a full stat line and was one of seven Wizards to score in double figures. Middleton should be back to take on Boston on Thursday, but Champagnie will be a decent streaming option if he gets the chance to start in the future.

With Kyshawn George being cleared to play, there's just one change to the Wizards' starting lineup. Khris Middleton (rest) is out and will be replaced in the starting lineup by Champagnie. Cam Whitmore should also get more time off the bench, but Champagnie's ceiling is raised due to the opportunity to start.

Middleton was initially listed as questionable, but the Wizards are giving him the night off for injury management reasons. Justin Champagnie could move into the rotation in Middleton's absence.
