Proctor is back after missing Cleveland's last two games for personal reasons. His return will not affect fantasy basketball, even with the Cavaliers not having Sam Merrill or Max Strus.

Allen has missed five straight and eight of Cleveland's last nine games, but his participation in practice suggests he's got a chance to take the court for Cleveland's next game. The Cavs don't play again until Friday, which gives Allen plenty of time to recover. If Allen is cleared to play, he could reclaim his starting spot from Jaylon Tyson. Sam Merrill (hand) hasn't played since November 17, and he did not participate in practice.

Merrill is set to miss his ninth consecutive game with a hand injury and has no timetable for return. Jaylon Tyson will continue to have a solid role with Merrill sidelined.

This will be an eighth straight absence for Merrill, and there hasn't been much clarity as to how much longer he'll be out. Jaylon Tyson will continue to play a large role, even if he is pushed to the bench with Darius Garland back. Craig Porter Jr. and Tyrese Proctor will also continue to see added minutes off the bench, though neither will play enough to be worth streaming.

Friday's game will be the fifth that Merrill has missed since suffering a sprained right hand. He does not have a return timeline, and his absence benefits Jaylon Tyson, even if the second-year wing comes off the bench.
