NBC SportsESPN's Shams Charania reports Giannis Antetokounmpo is expected to be sidelined approximately two-to-four weeks with a right calf strain.

Giannis went down just three minutes into Wednesday night's game, and the Bucks were fortunate enough to quickly rule out an Achilles injury. However, it turns out that the calf injury could keep him on the shelf for an extended period of time anyway. With reports coming out that Giannis has also asked the Bucks for a trade, we'd expect the team and player to both be cautious with his return, which will likely keep him out until the beginning or middle of January. In the meantime, Bobby Portis Jr. figures to see an uptick in minutes, and both Kevin Porter Jr. and Kyle Kuzma will be leaned on for higher usage. Giannis' recovery timeline could be additionally interesting because players who signed offseason extensions, like Knicks wing Mikal Bridges, aren't eligible to be traded until February. With Giannis sidelined for a few weeks, that could open up new trade possibilities for the Bucks, if they choose to move their star.

NBC SportsKevin Porter Jr. (back) is available for Wednesday's game against the Pistons.

Porter is available after initially being listed as questionable with a back injury. The 25-year-old point guard had 30 points against the Wizards on Sunday, but left the game early with back spasms. It's a good sign for fantasy managers that Porter's injury wasn't more serious as it looks like he's running with the starting point guard job for the Bucks again.

NBC SportsRyan Rollins had 22 points (9-of-16 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), four rebounds, eight assists, two steals and one three-pointer against the Pistons on Wednesday.

While Kevin Porter Jr. was out of the lineup, Rollins showed he was a reliable player as he moved into the starting lineup. That's why Doc Rivers appears to be sticking with Rollins in the starting lineup even now that Porter is back. Rollins had 22 points in the win over the Pistons on Wednesday and has provided third-round fantasy value so far this season.
