Thursday's game will be Shamet's first since November 22, when he injured his shoulder against the Magic. While his return gives the Knicks additional depth on the perimeter, he's unlikely to immediately emerge as a player worth rostering in most fantasy leagues.

Shamet (shoulder) will play Thursday versus the Warriors, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

Having last appeared in a game on November 22, Shamet is closing in on a return to action. If he's able to play Thursday night, the wing will give the Knicks another option to utilize in chasing around Stephen Curry.
