Kornet is questionable to play Friday in Cleveland due to left ankle soreness, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.

Kornet, who has been starting for the injured Victor Wembanyama, is dealing with a sore left ankle. If he's unable to play on Friday, Kelly Olynyk would benefit the most in terms of playing time. While Jeremy Sochan may also pick up a few more minutes, Olynyk is the player to target as he would likely move into the starting lineup.

Wagner had a chance to send Wednesday's game into overtime, but San Antonio's Luke Kornet blocked his layup attempt as time expired. The Magic forward has scored at least 21 points in four straight games, and he's averaging 23 per game for the season. Wagner continues to close in on top-50 value in eight-cat formats and has already crossed that threshold in nine-cat. The Magic play two more games in Week 7, starting with the Heat on Friday.

Since moving into the Spurs' starting lineup on November 16 to fill the void left by Victor Wembanyama, Kornet has provided ninth-round value in eight-cat formats. The issue has been the lack of scoring, with the 7-foot-1 center averaging 6.6 points per game. However, Kornet has been a good player to roster for those needing rebounds and blocks. He was productive in those categories in Orlando, with his third block coming as time expired to preserve the victory. Kornet remains a specialist, but the opportunity to start makes him a player worth holding onto in deep leagues.

Okongwu is dealing with left ankle inflammation, which may have stemmed from San Antonio's Luke Kornet falling onto his leg during Thursday's loss to the Spurs. With Kristaps Porzingis available, the Hawks may need more minutes from Mouhamed Gueye, who's had his moments when allowed to play extended minutes.
