With Jaylen Brown (illness) out, the available Celtics had more opportunities to shine offensively against an overwhelmed opponent. White led the way, recording his first 30-point game of the season while also providing excellent value in rebounds, assists and three-pointers. Even better for the Celtics was that he only needed to play 29 minutes, as they host the Lakers on Friday.

White posted 30 points (12-21 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 1-1 FT), nine assists, seven rebounds and one steal over 29 minutes during the Celtics' 146-101 win over the Wizards on Thursday.

This will be Brown's first missed game of the season, and has been anticipated over the last couple of days. His absence will mean more shots from Payton Pritchard and Derrick White but also increased usage for guys like Anfernee Simons, Josh Minott, and Sam Hauser.

White amassed 22 points (8-16 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five assists, two rebounds, one block and one steal over 35 minutes during Tuesday's 123-117 victory over the Knicks.

White continues to provide consistent fantasy value. While he may not offer an extremely high ceiling, the veteran guard's floor is excellent. In nine-cat formats, he's providing third-round value, sitting just outside the top-30. Against the Knicks, White recorded a complete stat line after sitting out Sunday's win over the Cavaliers. Payton Pritchard (10/4/3/1 with one three-pointer) took a hit production-wise with White back in the lineup, but that was to be expected after his outstanding performance in Cleveland.
