NBC SportsSNY's Ian Begley reports that Miles McBride (ankle) will be re-evaluated in one week.

McBride has been sidelined since December 7th, and it now appears he will be out at least a week longer. Even though he is no longer starting, McBride is a key part of the Knicks' rotation and has made clear gains as a scorer this season. In his absence, Jordan Clarkson will continue to be relied on for bench scoring, and Tyler Kolek will see an uptick in minutes.

NBC SportsMiles McBride (ankle) will undergo an MRI on Monday.

McBride injured his left ankle during Sunday's win over the Magic, with Orlando guard Desmond Bane landing on the Knicks guard's leg after attempting to block his layup attempt. McBride did not return after exiting, and he'll undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury. If he misses time, the Knicks will have to rely more on Jordan Clarkson for scoring off the bench, and inconsistency has been an issue for him this season.

NBC SportsJosh Hart notched 19 points (5-of-12 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), 15 rebounds, seven assists and three steals in Friday's win over the Bucks.

On a night when Karl-Anthony Towns (9/10/4/0/1 with one three-pointer) and Jordan Clarkson (6/4/3) combined to shoot 4-of-21 from the field, Hart stepped up and gave the Knicks important offensive production. The move back into the starting lineup has been great for the versatile wing, who has totaled 41 points over the last two games. We'll see what happens when OG Anunoby returns from his hamstring injury, but it may be more likely that Miles McBride returns to the bench than Hart.

NBC SportsAccording to ESPN's Shams Charania, Landry Shamet (shoulder) will be re-evaluated in four weeks.

Shamet sustained the injury in Saturday's loss to Orlando, and he'll be out through at least late December. Shamet's play time and production were trending up prior to his injury, and his absence will free up additional playing time for Miles McBride and Jordan Clarkson.
