Jordan Miller (back) is questionable for Friday's game against the Grizzlies.Miller injured his back during Monday's loss to the Heat and did not see action in Wednesday's win over the Hawks. While he can provide additional depth on the wing when available, there isn't much to gain from rostering the former second-round pick. And his continued absence would not affect fantasy basketball.
Jordan Miller (back) is out for Wednesday's game against the Hawks.Miller's absence frees up additional minutes for Kobe Sanders and Cam Christie, but neither player impacts fantasy basketball. Leave them on the waiver wire.
Jordan Miller (hamstring) has been ruled out for the Clippers game against the Magic on Thursday.Miller was seeing an uptick in minutes before suffering this hamstring injury that has kept him out since Sunday. Kobe Sanders should see additional minutes now that Derrick Jones Jr. is also out with a knee injury.
Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue said that Kobe Sanders will start Monday's game against the 76ers in place of the injured Derrick Jones Jr.The Clippers will be without Jones for at least six weeks after he suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain during Sunday's loss to the Celtics. Sanders, a second-round pick out of Nevada who has averaged 13.8 minutes in five appearances, will fill the void on Monday. Given the rookie's limited production thus far, fantasy managers will be better off adding Sanders to their watchlists instead of going "all in" immediately. Last week, Lue mentioned Sanders, Jordan Miller, Cam Christie and Kobe Brown as players who would play more, so there will be competition for those minutes.
Jordan Miller (hamstring) will not return to Sunday's game against the Celtics.Miller, who injured his hamstring during the preseason, will not return to Sunday's game due to a left hamstring injury. With Derrick Jones Jr. (knee) also done for the day, the Clippers will be light on wings. Bogdan Bogdanovic started the third quarter; he and Kobe Brown are two players whose opportunities would increase if Miller and Jones remain sidelined.
