Heliot Ramos

Player News

Allen allowed four hits and two walks, and he struck out four. He faced little opposition for the overwhelming majority start, but a two-run homer by Heliot Ramos turned an excellent start into a good one. Allen has looked solid over his last two outings, but is still hard to trust as a fantasy option. He'll look to continue to see his 4.21 ERA diminish when he faces the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

Ramos was responsible for the only two runs of the game with a two-run shot off Logan Allen. The 25-year-old has gone deep a dozen times in 2025, and it's his second homer in June. Ramos still has consistency issues, but the upside is palpable.

Ramos knocked in the only runs of the game on Tuesday, taking Ryan Bergert deep for a two-run blast to center field in the third inning. The 25-year-old outfielder is having a stellar season at the plate, slashing .293/.358/.493 with 11 homers, 39 runs scored, 31 RBI, and five steals across 257 plate appearances.

Anthony Bender got through the heart of the order in a 1-0 game in the eighth, leaving Faucher to face eight, nine and one in the ninth. Heliot Ramos did wind up with a two-out single, but Faucher got Jung-Hoo Lee to ground out to end it. Faucher has the Marlins' last two traditional saves and four of the 10 overall. He's also blown three chances and he's sporting a 4.95 ERA, so we still wouldn't be eager to roster him.
