An MRI on Los Angeles Angels superstar Mike Trout's left knee came back clean, according to The Associated Press (h/t ESPN). "It's a huge relief for me,"
An MRI on Mike Trout's left knee came back clean, and the Los Angeles Angels outfielder is dealing with scar tissue buildup and inflammation.
Trout had some scar tissue break up in his knee which caused him the discomfort, but it's not going to be a major setback. He won't resume running for a few days, but then should be able to start back up again and will be able to resume his minor league rehab assignment in relatively short order. It's a big sigh of relief for the Angels and for fantasy managers.
Trout told reporters Friday that the MRI on his left knee came back clean, and he expects to start running again soon, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Trout said his MRI was clean as he's working his way back from a torn meniscus in that same knee
