Romano was on the IL with right elbow inflammation, while Swanson had right forearm inflammation.The pair should provide a boost to a Blue Jays bullpen that's posted a 5.00 ERA and minus-0.5 fWAR without them thus far.Romano posted an ERA under 3.00 for the fourth consecutive season last year while saving 36 games and striking out 11 hitters per nine innings. The two-time All-Star has amassed 97 career saves with the Blue Jays.Meanwhile, Swanson was an effective setup man for the Blue Jays last season, his first with Toronto following a trade with the Seattle Mariners.
