I'm having trouble signing in. What can I do?

There's a good chance that your computer is holding onto a bad cookie. It's simple to fix. Just visit the logout page and then sign in again. Your computer should now have a fresh cookie (unfortunately it's the computer kind and not the warm, chocolate chip kind).
