The Minnesota Twins placed outfielder Byron Buxton on the 10-day injured list with right knee inflammation, the team announced Friday. Buxton left the Twins' game versus the Chicago White Sox on Wednesday after appearing to injure himself while attempting to steal second base. An MRI didn't reveal any structural damage, per Betsy Helfand of Pioneer Press.The team has recalled Austin Martin in a corresponding move.Injuries have plagued Buxton since he debuted with the Twins in 2015.
