Patrick Queen is the only sure fantasy option among Baltimore's inside linebackers. He played 80% of the snaps last season and is likely to be above 95% in 2021. Last season, then-rookie third-round pick Malik Harrison, third-year journeyman L.J. Fort, and third-year former undrafted free agent Chris Board, all had fairly significant roles as either rotational or package-specific contributors. The Ravens have given us no signs that any of these guys will play close enough to full time, to have significant fantasy value. If one of them should step up, however, there could be useful production from the position. It is a situation we will be watching leading up to the season.
