Tanoh Kpassagnon will be sidelined for at least the next three weeks. ESPN’s Field Yates reports (via Twitter) that the Saints have placed the defensive end on injured reserve. Saints call up reinforcements from their practice squad in last-minute roster moves, send DE Tanoh Kpassagnon to injured reserve
The Saints have ruled DE Marcus Davenport out or the 2nd straight game because of a shoulder injury. Taysom Hill expected to start Saints RB Alvin Kamara and OTs Terron Armstead and Ryan Ramczyk listed as questionable after Kamara was limited Wednesday and others didn't practice QB Taysom Hill full participant, which lines him up to start Thursday DEs Marcus Davenport, Tanoh Kpassagnon, LB Kaden Elliss out (Mike Triplett on Twitter) FF Today's Take: With Mark Ingram and Tony Jones ready go and Kamara not fully healthy, it would make sense for the Saints to give him another 10 days of rest but we'll have to wait until tomorrow before we know his true game status. Even if Kamara does play, he could be limited.
The Saints have ruled DE Marcus Davenport out for Thursday night's game against the Bills with a shoulder injury. New Orleans will also miss DE Tanoh Kpassagnon, leaving Carl Granderson as the likely playing-time leader opposite Cameron Jordan on the D-line. Granderson has just 1 sacks and 4 total QB hits on the season and hasn't cracked 40% playing time since Week 2. Jalyn Holmes is the only other healthy true edge player on the current roster. The Saints could struggle to pressure Josh Allen this week, though Jordan and DT David Onyemata stand out in that area.
